The book worm was an inspiration because my daughter considers herself a “nerd” and likes to read. The books were made of foam board with the binding out of poster board. We used rope around the books to give them separation definition. Once we decided which books we were going to display we painted them. The costume was made out of green flannel material. The tail was stuffed with a little stuffing but mostly balloons filled it. We used a book from our shelf and covered it in foam to make our book worm book.
