Benjamin has other plans—he wants to steal Cassandra, a musician who Wayne likes, for himself. Wayne and Garth go through various hurdles which caused the film to have three endings. One of which includes a happy ending where Wayne and Cassandra end up together.
The movie produced several iconic scenes and imagery—the famous Bohemian Rhapsody scene, Garth’s flame-designed car, and the infamous catchphrases “Party on!” and “Schwing!” The movie also became famous for the appearance of several rock legends, including Alice Cooper and Aerosmith.
