Pumpkins, (played by Tom Hanks), Matt Foley (played by Chris Farley), and Hanz and Franz (played by Dana Carvey and Kevin Nealon). These step-by-step cosplay guides help you dress up just like these iconic characters.

Hanz and Franz

Hanz and Franz Costume

Hanz and Franz, played by Dana Carvey and Kevin Nealon, is one of the most popular character duos in Saturday Night Live history. They are featured on a sketch called “Pumping Up with Hanz & Franz.” They are two muscled men who motivate people to work out and get “pumped up.” Their loud and aggressive bodybuilder personas are inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The duo sport fake muscle suits and they look down on people who are not physically fit. They give tips on how to cut body fat and gain muscles. Kevin Nealon came up with the idea for the characters while watching a Schwarzenegger interview in his hotel room. You don’t need real muscles to look like Hanz and Franz. Get a costume sets that includes a muscle shirt that will give your body a boost underneath the sweatshirt and pants.

Matt Foley

Matt Foley Costume

Matt Foley is a character played by comedian Chris Farley on a sketch of Saturday Night Live. Foley is supposed to be a motivational speaker, but his appearance doesn’t make him look like one. His overweight body is clad in an ill-fitting suit and has poor hygiene. He also lacks the social skills to become a motivational speaker. He lacks confidence, has a bad temper, and is just awkward.

The character became a favorite because of Farley’s phenomenal comedic skills and hilarious costume. His blue blazer, brown pants, and tight dress shirt are totally unbecoming of a motivational speaker. Our complete costume set comes with these pieces plus accessories—bright green tie, glasses, and dress shoes. We even have a fake belly to complete his look!
