Build a pairing around the characters who share the adventure, then choose the same scene for their outfits.
Choose the same scene for both costumes. Pair Jo’s painted overalls with Raissa’s colorful jacket for the adventure, or wear Jo’s striped tank and brown shorts beside Raissa’s purple top and navy cropped trousers for the jeepney selfie. Finish with coordinated friendship bracelets.
Add Raww’s red vest and blue shorts to the best-friend duo. Jo can wear her green gem and shoulder armor, while Raissa adds purple wings. Keep their shared bracelet detail visible when posing together.
Start with the clothes, then add the bracelets, hair and creature features that make each costume recognizable.
Choose a few shared cord colors for Jo and Raissa, then add different small charms to each bracelet. A cassette shape, tiny photo frame and purple creature charm can be made from felt or lightweight craft foam.
Start with loose denim overalls and sketch the larger motifs before painting. Put cardboard inside the garment, use fabric paint and let it cure according to the label. Keep the wide cropped legs and colorful sneakers visible.
Choose large red frames with clear lenses and keep her long black hair behind the glasses. The lifted front section and pink striped collar help the character read even when you leave off the jacket or wings.
For Raww, attach brown ears and a tail to the clothing base. For Bungi, place a flat third eye on a blue hood or headband and make the horns, armor and spool belt from lightweight materials. Follow each guide for the individual pieces.
Practical answers for choosing a character, matching a scene and planning a duo or trio.
The current collection includes Jo, Raissa, Raww and Bungi. Jo and Raissa also have alternate outfits inside their guides, so you can choose a favorite scene.
Jo and Raissa’s jeepney outfits use everyday pieces: a light striped tank and brown shorts for Jo, and a purple sleeveless top with navy cropped trousers for Raissa. Add Jo’s high ponytail, Raissa’s red glasses and friendship bracelets.
Only for the armored Nakali version. Her orange tank, painted overalls and colorful sneakers work as the main outfit. The green gem headband, necklaces and brown shoulder cap are additions for the adventure look.
Wings belong to her winged Nakali option. Her red glasses, long black hair, pink striped polo and teal-and-purple jacket identify the main costume without them.
Jo, Raissa and Raww make a story-based trio. Coordinate the two friends’ adventure outfits and bracelets, then add Raww’s sporty red vest, blue shorts and brown were-dog features.
Jo’s main look uses one pair of colorful high-top sneakers; Raissa’s uses cream high-tops with pink laces. For the barefoot jeepney scene, comfortable shoes are a practical addition. Raww and Bungi’s guides explain wearable alternatives for their creature feet.
Choose your character and scene first. Get the main clothes and footwear together, then add the glasses, bracelets or creature details that will stand out in photos.

DreamWorks’ Forgotten Island follows lifelong friends Jo and Raissa as they find themselves on Nakali, an island filled with creatures from Filipino mythology. With help from the were-dog Raww, they search for a way home—but the journey threatens their memories of each other.
The friendship bracelets make Jo and Raissa a natural costume pairing. Their clothes stay distinct: Jo favors painted denim and an upright ponytail, while Raissa’s red glasses and long black hair frame her colorful layers. Choose their everyday or Nakali outfits together, or recreate the relaxed jeepney selfie.
Raww and Bungi offer more creature-focused builds with ears, horns, armor and handmade accessories. Pick the guide that matches how much you want to make, then use its clothing list and assembly tips to finish the look.
Story information, release details and reference imagery come from the official movie pages and trailer. Costume substitutions and DIY suggestions are covered in the linked Costume Wall guides.
