Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is an animated science fiction movie from Sony Pictures Animation. The movie is based on the popular children’s book by the same name. The story revolves around Flint Lockwood, an aspiring inventor who created a machine that can turn water into food. When the machine became intelligent and starts to make food storms, Flint finds himself having to destroy what he created in order to save the world.
Flint was able to develop the “Flint Lockwood Diatonic Super Mutating Dynamic Food Replicator” (FLDSMDFR), which rocketed up to the sky when he connected it to the nearest power station in his town. Later, it rained cheeseburgers in town, as a result of Flint’s machine. You too can look like Flint and his love interest Sam Sparks with these Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs costume guides.
Flint was able to create a machine that can solve the food problem in his town, but mishaps turned the machine into their enemy. Now he must go against his own creation to save the world. A second film, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, was released in 2013, as well as an animated TV series based on the movie.
