The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Costume Requests and Notifications
We use costume suggestions to plan guides. Email is optional and is used only for the requested guide notification, not newsletter enrollment. Please do not include personal information in the costume details. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit the request.
We remove email addresses from request records when our email provider confirms delivery. For delivery attempts without confirmation, we retain the address for troubleshooting for up to 30 days after the latest delivery status; requests still waiting for a guide expire after 180 days. A daily cleanup handles these time limits and any missed delivery cleanup. Dismissing a request removes its stored email. Pending notifications are cancelled when contact details are removed. Costume ideas and guide links may remain, including a generic Fan requested badge that does not identify the requester.
We use hosting and email providers, including Resend, to process requests and deliver notifications. Delivery and abuse-prevention records, including hashed duplicate/suppression identifiers, are stored separately from request contact details. Provider logs and backups may retain information under their separate retention schedules; clearing a request does not instantly erase those copies.
To request deletion or report information submitted by a child under 13, contact hello [at] costumewall [dot] com. We review these requests across relevant systems, including personal information inadvertently included in free text.
