This costume was handmade by me. My inspiration was the Gene Wilder edition of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The top hat was purchased and was originally black satin. I spray painted it brown and added the purple ribbon. The jacket, vest, and shirt were all either small women’s clothing or children’s clothing that I found at Goodwill and modified to fit Frost. Lastly, I took Hershey Bars, wrapped them in aluminum foil and wrapped them with “Wonka Bar” labels that I made (and yes each one had a golden ticket). Later I dressed up as an Oompa Loompa to accompany Willy 🙂
