Jasper is a dwarf hotot rabbit who will be turning 3 in January. The costume is the Pokémon character Pikachu! The costume is completely handmade with fabric, hot glue and love. The background is printed and taped together. The costume altogether cost less than $12. Jasper did not mind the costume because he got to play with the hand painted styrofoam Pokeballs.
