Imperial Stormtrooper Costume

The costume was made from an ANOVOS kit which supplied the sheets of ABS plastic used and some belt materials. The boots and blaster were purchased separately. After receiving the kit, I spent about eighty hours assembling it over two weeks. I spent much more researching how to do so and gathering necessary tools/supplies. I cut, sanded, trimmed, painted, sized, and glued the costume together. The costume is held together by an internal strapping system and has onboard electronics (e.g. helmet fans, mic, voice modifier).
