The Average Joes Cosplay Costumes

Before you head out on the court (or to a costume party), you’ll need to suit up in the Average Joe’s distinctively yellow dodgeball uniform seen in DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story. Worn by Peter LaFleur and his entire crew, the Average Joe’s are a force to be reckoned with. If you’re having trouble finding a few of the key items, such as an Average Joes jersey, take a look online. You’re sure to find the other complimentary pieces you need for the uniform. No need to travel to Las Vegas to show this uniform off.

It goes without saying that this costume is perfect for a group cosplay. Seeing as how the Average Joe’s are a team, you can incorporate quite a few people in it. The more people you can bring into your group, the better you will be so don’t hesitate to ask all your friends to suit up for a game of dodgeball.

About The Average Joes

The Average Joe’s is a small gym that is owned by Peter LaFleur and home to only a few members. When LaFleur defaults on the mortgage for his gym, it’s bought by his rival White Goodman who owns the Globo Gym across the street. Peter needed to raise $50,000 in just a few days to prevent the gym from being turned into a parking lot. Gordon suggests the dodgeball tournament to get the needed funds to prevent the foreclosure.

White Goodman then proceeds to spy on the Average Joes and forms his own dodgeball team in order to try to defeat them. The Average Joes suffer a few setbacks during the course of the tournament, but eventually, make it to the end where they face off against Globo Gym. Whether or not the Average Joes win is something that you’ll have to find out though by watching DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story.
