Best Thanos Costume Guide
Thanos is one of the villains in Marvel’s Avengers series, and while he made brief appearances in earlier films, it was in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War film where he really made his mark. Born on Saturn’s moon Titan, Thanos’ appearance as a child convinced his mother that he would wipe out all life in the universe. When your own mother tries to kill you, we can sort of understand why the big guy became a bit messed up.
In the recent film series, he has goals of wiping out half of the world’s population, leading us to think he is an insane madman, but it is alluded that his motivations may be to save the remainder of the universe.

About Thanos
Portrayed by Josh Brolin in the recent Avengers appearances, Thanos is a man with enormous physical strength, an incredible scientific brain, and the unseemly desire to collect all of the Infinity Stones and wipe out half of the universe.
While this makes him a nemesis of all the good guys in the Marvel Universe, it is suggested in the film that he is not trying to complete this mission for personal power and gain, but because he believes the universe is doomed unless half the population is gone.
During Infinity War, it is also revealed he helped to raise Guardians of The Galaxy favorite Gamora as a child – although he willingly sacrifices her life in pursuit of his insane quest. At the time of writing, we do not know what the future holds for Thanos in the Avengers movie series. However, he has been widely used in Marvel comics throughout the years.
