Stacy is the older daughter of Dr. Hirano and sister to Ginger Hirano. Stacy also happens to be the best friend to Candace Flynn who she met when she was about five. The two instantly became great friends. She’s always supporting Candace with the busting of her brothers, but deep down she wishes Candace would just eventually give it up. Stacy also happens to be the more level-headed of the two and helps calm Candace down when things go awry in her life. No matter if it concerns her brothers or Jeremy.
During one episode of the animated television show Phineas and Ferb, Stacy discovers that Perry is actually a secret agent but she decides to keep his identity a secret. Stacy also met Coltrane during the Summer Rocks Festival and they quickly show mutual feelings towards each other.
