Princess Daisy is one of the characters from the Super Mario universe, first appearing in the video game Super Mario Land where she is introduced as the Princess of Sarasaland. Unlike the other well-known princess from Mario’s world, Princess Peach, Daisy is shown to be a bit of a tomboy. But don’t be fooled, she is still a princess in every sense of the word, and she is always shown wearing her trademark dress and crown. She may also be in a relationship with one of the main characters, Luigi.
Princess Daisy has been kidnapped by a space alien named Tatanga, raced alongside Princess Peach in the Mario Kart games, and much more! About Princess Daisy
Princess Daisy is a Nintendo video game character who first appeared in Super Mario Land as the princess of Sarasaland. In this game, she is captured by a space alien called Tatanga who invades Sarasaland, hypnotizes all of the citizens, and intends to force Princess Daisy to marry him and become his queen. Not on Mario’s watch though, as the goal of the game is to rescue Princess Daisy and save Sarasaland.
She has also appeared in many of the Mario Kart games, sometimes racing alongside Princess Peach, and often as a character who needs to be unlocked by completing a certain task. Princess Daisy has also made appearances in Mario’s golf, soccer and tennis games. There has been some suggestion she is in a romantic relationship with Luigi, but this is yet to be confirmed. She also appeared in the live-action movie Super Mario Bros, being played by actor Samantha Mathis.
