Penelope Pitstop is the only girl on the racing track in the Hanna-Barbera animated series, Wacky Racers. She’s eye-catching not just because of her talents in racing but because she’s beautiful too! Penelope and Peter Perfect have a connection that the rest of the racers are jealous over! The two race alongside each other, and have googly eyes for each other!
Despite being intelligent, Penelope has yet to notice the man that keeps kidnapping her and holding her hostage is, in fact, her guardian. Penelope is a fan favorite because she has an uncanny ability to escapes sticky situations on her own. Girl power for the win! Penelope’s car is named the Compact Pussycat because what else would it be named? It’s perfectly fitting, and it comes stocked with all the beauty supplies she will ever need that double as a distraction to the other racers.
