About Oompa Loompa
Can there be a more lovable name for chocolate makers than Oompa Loompa? While they might be the happiest people alive, they weren’t always like this. Oompa Loompa’s lived on an isolated island called Loompaland, where they were constantly attacked by Whangdoodles, Hornswogglers and Snozzwangers. Willy Wonka, the master chocolate chocolatier, was afraid of rival companies committing corporate espionage so, he didn’t allow humans to work there. But he had a brilliant idea…
Willy Wonka went to Oompaland where the Oompa Loompa were being oppressed and found out they loved to eat cocoa beans. Wonka made them the best deal any Oompa Loompa could wish for; they worked in the chocolate factory and in return eat as many cocoa beans they wanted! From that day, the Oompa Loompas moved to the chocolate factory and began working for Willy Wonka as seen in the movie, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. They were jolly and mischevious by making the world’s greatest chocolate.
