Best Jim Hopper (Hawaiian Shirt) Halloween Costume Guide
Everyone’s favorite Police Chief, Jim Hopper, returns in the third season of Netflix’s Stranger Things. After the conclusion of season 2, Hopper thought his biggest worries were behind him—that is until Eleven started dating. He now has to learn what it means to let your child grow up and become more independent, but that doesn’t mean he won’t interfere a little.
Now that Hopper has more time to himself, he begins to think about what he really wants in life. He’s a new and improved guy with a fresh look that is all the rage today. This doesn’t mean the old Hopper as we know it is gone though. He’ll still drop everything he’s doing for the kids in Hawkins. To get Jim Hopper’s fun Hawaiian flook you’ll need a Hawaiin Shirt, Men’s Classic Blue Jeans, Canvas Belt, Brown Shoes, Fake Mustache, Stainless Steel, Watch and Fake Blood.
Jim Hopper (Hawaiian Shirt) Cosplay Costumes
The natural look for Jim Hopper in Stranger Things is his police uniform. This time around, though, Hopper is trying to pull off a more laid back and relaxed look. Who would have thought a guy like him would be able to own a shirt like that? His assistant sure didn’t think so. He had bought the outfit for a special occasion, but it didn’t stay clean for very long. What started as a date outfit quickly turned into an undercover cop outfit.
Jim Hopper’s costume works best as a group cosplay, and since Stranger Things is so popular it shouldn’t be hard to find some friends to join you! Have the whole team there to save Hawkins as other characters like Eleven, Joyce Byers, Mike Wheeler, Dustin Henderson, Lucas Sinclair, Will Byers, Max Mayfield, Nancy Wheeler, and Jonathan Byers. The Mind Flayer won’t stand a chance against your group!
About Jim Hopper (Hawaiian Shirt)
Jim Hopper has settled into his life as Chief Police in Hawkins quite nicely. After dealing with the Upside Down not once, but twice, he’s pretty confident that he now has everything under control. That is until he becomes a father again. Eleven is now a teenager, and that means she wants more independence. When she starts spending all her time with Mike, Hopper gets protective and antsy over her whereabouts.
Hopper goes to Joyce for some parenting advice but ultimately ends up doing things his own way. He may not be great at articulating how he feels to the people he loves, but his actions speak a thousand words. Even though Eleven can get frustrated with him, she knows he has her best interests at heart. Hopper may seem like a grizzly bear on the outside, but he’s really a nice guy once you get to know him. Just try not to push his buttons.
