Best Jack Frost Costume Guide

That time of year for snowflakes and snowmen is drawing near. The time when the master prankster Jack Frost, voiced by Chris Pine, curls his lips in a naughty grin to sow mischief and mayhem with his classic winter pranks. This is the time of the year where you can finally step into the shoes of this symbolic winter rebel without a cause. Jack is the main protagonist in DreamWorks’ Rise of the Guardians and an immortal supernatural being, no less. What an immense bundle of fun this would be at your favorite year-end Cosplay bash! Get the look of the heroic guardian with this Jack Frost costume guide.

All you need to cosplay Jack Frost is a white wig and a blue hooded sweater with a bit of frost collecting around the ring of the collar. Then wear brown trousers bound with lighter material starting from the knee down to get a rather tattered and frayed bottom.  Lastly, the all-important Twinetender, Jack Frost’s magical staff with a G-shaped arch, resembling a shepherd’s crook. Footwear? Why barefoot of course!

Jack Frost Cosplay Costumes

Get ready to rack up the winter joy this year with the mischief maestro, Jack Frost, and his fellow allies from Dreamworks’ Rise of the Guardians. Get your cosplay gear ready for everyone involved. It’s settled that you’ll be Jack. Which is great because dressing up like Jack Frost isn’t all that difficult. You simply need to modify a basic blue hoodie and brown pair of pants for his clothes. Finding a white wig and his Twinetender may prove to be a bit more difficult.

As for the costumes, there’ll be lots of opportunities to fire up the imagination and put together great outfits found in Dreamworks’ Rise of the Guardians. The rest of your group can choose from his long list of allies—Sandy (Sandman), North (Santa Claus), Tooth (Tooth Fairy), Bunnymund (Easter Bunny), Man in the Moon, Pippa, Monty, Caleb, Mother Nature, or even Pitch (The Boogeyman).

About Jack Frost

Jack Frost, the main protagonist in Dreamworks’ Rise of the Guardians, is immortal and hence a supernatural being. Not unlike the Guardians themselves. The cinematic version of the classic rebel is full of mischief and sarcasm. Essentially a loner, he’s also the manifestation of winter and is capable of manipulating ice and snow.

As the Guardian of fun as well as the Spirit of Winter, Jack Frost is indeed powerful and can summon snow, ice, and frost. His magical staff, Twinetender, can even unleash energy bolts of ice and freeze things with a simple wave. He can manifest images from frosted window panes and even freeze water just by walking on it. And if that’s not enough, this immortal prankster can fly by riding the wind. Jack does this by floating like a snowflake and then propelling himself with the wind to even fly faster. Jack can also bewitch others with feelings of fun, joy, and laughter. He’s the only guardian quite capable of stopping Pitch Black from engulfing the world in darkness!
