Best Dr. Ian Malcolm Costume Guide
Dr. Ian Malcolm is a fictional character in Michael Crichton’s Jurassic Park and The Lost World novels. In the film adaptions, he is expertly played by popular actor Jeff Goldblum. Dr. Malcolm is not an expert in dinosaurs by any means; rather he is a brilliant mathematician who specializes in the chaos theory. Despite this lack of dinosaur knowledge, he often makes predictions based on the chaos theory and how it applies to what the scientists are trying to do in Jurassic Park, and often he is correct.
Following his ordeal in Jurassic Park, he is tempted to return during The Lost World, and is a more central character who leads a rescue mission to the island where he must battle not only dinosaurs, but their poachers. If you want to become the brilliant Dr. Ian Malcolm, you’ll need to get yourself a Men’s Cotton Sports Shirt, Chino Pant, Leather Blazer, Chelsea Boots, Clear Lens Eyeglasses, Classic Casual Belt, Stainless Steel Watch and Stainless Steel Chain.

Malcolm returns briefly in the 2018 sequel Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, where he is seen urging the US Senate to allow the dinosaurs to die. Once it becomes obvious however that efforts to contain the dinosaurs have failed and they are now appearing worldwide, he provides the warning that humans must now learn to co-exist with the dinosaurs, issuing the ominous warning “Welcome to Jurassic World.”
