About Darth Maul
Darth Maul is one of the many Star Wars characters throughout the film series. He appears in the films, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: The Clone Wars as the villainous character. His evil side really began to enhance when he became the apprentice to Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith. Darth Maul and Obi-Wan Kenobi battled in the infamous light saber duel where Obi-Wan defeated Darth Maul but did not destroy him.
Darth Maul returned with a vengeance to redeem himself from his loss. Not only did Darth Maul wish to take Obi-Wan down, but he wanted to rule the entire galaxy by destroying all the Jedi Masters. At one point, Darth Maul was overtaken by Darth Vader and Sidious. He aimed to overtake them but ultimately failed. He was ultimately defeated by Obi-Wan in their final battle.
