Billy Hargove, played by actor Dacre Montgomery, is known as the bully of Hawkins from the Netflix series Stranger Things. In season 3, Billy spends his summer working as a lifeguard at the local pool. Every bit of extra money is a step away from his dad, and a step closer to the ladies. One night, while he’s on his way to meet up with Mrs. Wheeler, he has a car crash outside an abandoned warehouse. However, the warehouse isn’t empty, and he soon finds himself in the presence of the Mind Flayer.
When he goes back to work the next day, people begin to notice he seems a little off. Mike Wheeler and the gang soon realize that the Mind Flayer is using him as the new host for its schemes. They must try and stop him. The Mind Flayer attaches to Billy so quickly because of the darkness he’s held inside from his past. The team must figure out how to pull Billy out.
