About Ariel
Ariel is the main character in the Disney film, The Little Mermaid. The under the sea princess is independent and headstrong unlike many of the girls in her underwater colony. She dreams of seeing what life is like outside of the water and on land, but her father, King Triton, doesn’t understand why she would ever want to leave and he forbids her from trying.

Ariel will finally be able to see the human world, but there’s a huge sacrifice that Ariel must agree to and that is trading her ability to speak!
