Best Andy Costume Guide
Andy is a character most people know and love as the owner of Sheriff Woody, Jessie the Cowgirl, and all his friends from the Pixar Toy Story franchise. He’s your usual kid who loves building make-believe worlds inside his bedroom. Andy used to always play with Woody, the roughest, toughest cowboy of the west. Woody quickly learned that he wasn’t going to be the go-to toy in the toy box when a fancy action figure by the name of Buzz Lightyear arrives.
With the latest addition to the Toy Story franchise, Woody, Buzz, and the gang are off on another adventure. Although Andy isn’t their owner anymore, they all still have a special place in their hearts for him. If you want to dress like Andy, or you want an excuse to play with your toys, you’re going to need a Red Cowboy Hat, Raglan T-Shirt, Cargo Short, Converse Sneaker, Buzz Lightyear Figure, and Jessie Figure.
Andy Cosplay Costumes
Andy’s look from the first two movies is the most memorable. He was the most alive, imaginative, and excited with his toys. From the outside, it may look like he’s doing nothing but running in circles with a doll, but inside his head is an entire world. Andy captures the look of what it’s like to be a kid. He’s a character that younger audience can relate and someone the adults can remember.
Andy’s look is relatively simple. As long as you have that icon red cowboy hat, the rest of the outfit can be put together pretty quickly! However, your look won’t be complete unless you at least have Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie by your side. They could be figurines or close friends dressed as life-sized versions of the toys—the choice is up to you! The only limit is your imagination.

About Andy
Andy is one of the main human characters in the movie Toy Story. When he was younger, he would spend hours and hours playing with his toys. Anything in his room could become a make-believe train or a rocketship at a moment’s notice. Unlike some toy owners who throw away their toys after a short amount of time, Andy holds onto his for as long as he possibly can. There’s nothing quite like the link between toy and child, and Andy reminds us of that nostalgic feeling.
He’s incredibly creative for a kid and loves hands-on activities. Even as he gets older, he stills make-believe. When he goes off to college, Andy decides it’s finally time to say goodbye to his beloved toys. He can’t bring himself to separate any of them and makes sure to give them all a proper goodbye before handing them over. He’s one of the best owners any toy could ask for.
