Alex Weiss has always been masterful at tech—to such a degree that he became a hacker at the young age of nine. His path of continued learning and curiosity led him to work alongside Lara Croft in the popular Tomb Raider video games. He can hack, program, and engineer absolutely just about anything to do with computers, so he is quite beneficial to Lara’s crew.
Alex has always seemed to have an interest in Lara romantically, but she never really gave him the time of day. He would go above and beyond to try and get Lara notice him, but she often appeared to be irritated with him more than anything. Alex put his own life on the line to save Lara and the crew. It was at that point she realized how important he was to her beyond just his knowledge of technology. He is not only an intelligent guy but he sweet and loyal to a fault.
